Exercise with SLT
Let me just state the fact that exercise is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness, overall health and wellness. It is performed for various reasons, including increasing growth and development, preventing aging, strengthening muscles and the cardiovascular system, thoning athletic skills, weight loss or maintenance, and also for enjoyment.
Fitting regular exercise into your daily schedule may seem difficult at first. But you can start slowly, and break your exercise time into chunks. Even doing ten minutes at a time is fine. You can work your way up to doing the recommended amount of exercise or join my Afrozumba fitness class 2 times a week, if you are ever in Bergen/Norway. My class is definitely gonna keep that body on point!!
I personally think exercise is not about having a six pack and looking like this fitness models you see on IG. The most important thing is exercising to have good health and feel good in your own body. Be the best you can be and love yourself. I eat whatever I wanna eat cuz life is to short 🤷🏾♀️ but I also workout to maintain my natural curves and stay healthy. Make it a life style and (SLT) Sweat like this sports belt will definitely keep that belly snatched 💦💦. Remember if you ain't sweating you ain't working hard enough💪🏾💪🏾 .
Meanwhile other things that you can do to make the most of your workouts include
* Choosing activities that work all the different parts of the body, including your core (muscles around your back, abdomen, and pelvis). Good core strength improves balance and stability and helps to prevent lower back injury.
* Choosing activities that you enjoy. It's easier to make exercise a regular part of your life if you have fun doing it.
* Exercising safely, with proper equipment, to prevent injuries. Also, listen to your body and don't overdo it.
* Giving yourself goals. The goals should challenge you, but also be realistic. It's also helpful to reward yourself when you reach your goals. The rewards could be something big, like new workout gear, a ned outfit or chocolate, lol thats my fav;)
